Get Wider, Get Closer Even Underwater
While an action camera delivers ultra wide angle to capture unique realistic scene, angle of view underwater narrows down dramatically due to different refraction ratio between air and water. For example, when GoPro® HERO12 Black is submerged, angle of view will narrow down to 94° making it difficult to benefit action camera's ultra wide angle imaging. Also subjects in close range (within approx. 60cm/2ft in theory for HERO12 Black) are out of focus since majority of action cameras is a deep focus camera (fixed focal length) which prevents it from using for underwater macro imaging.
The INON UFL-G140 SD and the AOI UWL-03 underwater semi-fisheye conversion lenses provide nearly same wide coverage as using action camera standalone on land to enjoy capturing wild marine scene.
The INON UCL-G165 SD and T-Housing underwater close-up lens enables you to shoot subject from close range of the lens to capture the subject larger in a frame.
