Ikelite type 2 #6892.02 viewfinder adapter for select DSLR and mirrorless housings

Compatibility

  • Inon straight viewfinders or 45° viewfinders that will not interfere with neighboring controls on housing
  • Camera housings that accept Ikelite's 1.0x Type 2 45-Degree Magnified OVF

Product Highlights

  • For Housings Accepting Type 2 OVF
  • Enables Attachment of Inon Viewfinder
  • Alternative to Ikelite 45-Deg Viewfinder

Enhance your view through your camera's OVF by mounting an optional Inon straight or 45° viewfinder on select Ikelite DSLR and Mirrorless underwater housings, thanks to this type 1 viewfinder adapter. It is compatible with housings that accept Ikelite's 1.0x Type 2 45-Degree Magnified OVF.

With an Inon finder in place of the standard OVF on your housing, your eyepiece can extend farther away from the housing body without changing the image size. Additionally, attaching such an OVF can eliminate the vignetting of the standard model and give you a brighter and larger image. Another benefit of upgrading your finder is greater comfort during long-term use.

This Type 2 adapter is designed for use only with certain Ikelite housings for Nikon, Canon, Olympus, Panasonic, and Sony cameras, in order to ensure adequate control clearance when you attach your viewfinder.
